I registered as part of a group. Can my group representative apply for the cancellations on my behalf?
No, each cancellation must be done individually following the instructions found in the email we sent you. If you cannot find it, please fill the form that you will find here to request that we send it to you.
However, you can cancel your registration as a family.
How can I cancel my hotel and extra services made through the Congress registration?

Can my registration be transferred to the next Congress?
No, for logistical and administrative reasons, the current organization must resolve all cancellations without exceptions.
I want to donate the fee from my Congress registration to contribute to the losses incurred by the cancellation of the Congress. How can I do so?
We greatly appreciate your support and donation.
There will two options, if you want to donate the full amount of your registration, you do not need to fill anything.
However, if you want to do a partial donation and partial refund, you will need to follow the instructions we sent in the email, please check your spam folder just in case.

I would like a refund. When can I expect the money to be returned?
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible. We seek your patience and understanding on this as we are still in the process of negotiating with vendors and hotels on the return of deposits.
What is the deadline to request a refund?
The deadline will be February 15th. If you know of someone who has not been aware of this information, please be sure to let them know, as there will no exceptions.
This does not mean that by then all the refunds will have been made since it is a long process, but it will be the deadline to request it.

I haven’t been receiving updates about WAGC 2021 via email, what will happen if I do not receive the cancellation link as well?

DOCUMENTATION
Here you can download the official certificate of cancelation issued by the Assemblies of God of Spain. You may be able to use it in order to ask for a refund or voucher for your purchased plane tickets and personal accommodation.
