GROUPS REGISTRATIONS FOR GROUPS OF MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GROUP REGISTRATION

1	They must fill in the Form with all the information requested in it.
2	If they plan to book accommodation as well, each person needs to indicate who will they share the room with; a maximum of 3 adults per room.
3	They will be able to choose the hotel afterwards with the registration code that will be sent to them. With this code, they will also be able to purchase additional services.
4	A bonus will be offered depending on the size of the group: 10 registrations + 2 free registrations (12); 25 registrations + 5 free registrations (30). The bonus offer will only apply to WAGC 2020 registrations; it will not apply for Next Generation, Voluntary registrations or any other type of discounted registration.
5	If part of the group already registered before the group formation, they can be included in the group, upon EMAIL communication, until July 1st, 2019.
6	The payment must be done for the whole group. The registrations are effective from the moment the payment is received. A receipt of payment must be sent by e-mail as proof of payment.
